The acquisition offers opportunities in the domestic and international markets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following its growth path, Italy\u2019s\nconfectionery company Sperlari acquires the majority of Dulcioliva, a\nhistorical company from Piedmont with almost 100 years of experience in\nchocolate specialties. Sperlari will now be able to count on a wide portfolio\nof chocolate specialties of the best Italian tradition. Dulcioliva is in fact\nthe world leader in Cuneesi sweets, alongside other specialties such as\ntruffles, gianduiotti, pralines, spreadable creams, chocolate bars, and much\nmore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dulcioliva also combines the best recipes\nof Italian tradition with the most modern production technology, to create\nauthentic products in full compliance with the most advanced principles of\nproduct quality. \u201cThis partnership \u2013 says Piergiorgio Burei, CEO of Sperlari\n(in the picture above) \u2013 will offer new opportunities for development both in Italy\nand abroad, in order to be even closer to consumers and meet their needs for\ntaste and quality.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SPERLARI AND DULCIOLIVA IN THE NAME OF\nTRADITION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1924, Dulcioliva boasts a\nturnover of more than 8 million euros more than 30% of which is generated\nabroad in over 22 countries. This will offer further opportunities for synergy\nwith Sperlari on various markets in Europe, North America, and Asia. Based in\nBorgo San Dalmazzo, in the province of Cuneo, today Dulcioliva has a modern\nplant of 3000 square meters, equipped with cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe decision to work together with\nSperlari is a choice we made with enthusiasm \u2013 says Giuseppe Oliva, grandson of\none of the founders of Dulcioliva \u2013 because it became immediately clear how\nsimilar the two companies are in terms of values and portfolio.
